John and I want to thank you for looking after us so well during our house
search.
 
What we enjoyed most about our experience was that we could count on you to
stay the course in relation to our criteria.  The only thing that proved to
be a bit of a challenge was locating a home for us that met our extensive
criteria including that of an existing in-ground swimming pool.  We very
much appreciated your Œrunning commentary¹ of the positive and negative
features of each house.  It proved to be an education of sorts on the
logistics and criteria of buying and selling a home.
 
Over a period of three months, you stood by us as we made offers on three
homes - two of which we didn¹t get.  You kept saying, ³Something better is
out there for you².  And it was!  The universe presented us with a third
home ­ our home, and we couldn¹t be more pleased.
 
Even though we had a six-month window for finding our Œperfect¹ home, we
wanted very much to allow a three-month time frame for renovations prior to
our move from Oakville to Amherstburg.  Everything worked out wonderfully.
On move in day, we got to enjoy a freshly painted home from top to bottom,
with new Brazilian Mahogany flooring throughout the upstairs and a
completely renovated custom designed kitchen ­ a gal¹s dream come true.
 
Thanks again for being professional, courteous, reliable and knowledgeable.
We feel confident in referring you on to anyone looking to relocate to the
Windsor corridor.
